	9 out of 11 people found this review helpful. I also had a terrible experience! Only went for my first visit because of the awful experience. I had upgraded, and got colour and was charged $80! I asked if this was with the 20% off and she proceeded to show me the math..adding $10 for the "expert style" of a blow dry where she didn't even use a brush! Also, I had made an appointment for my friend (because I bought 2 of those horrible certificates) and she wasn't going to upgrade so Lynn Damm canceled the appointment on her saying the other girl got sick. I find this unacceptable and will be filing complaints to the BBB and Ad Efx. The more people that complain the more likely to make a difference! I do not recommend this place.
