I called to make an apt and the person on the phone told me the name of the temporary location but forgot to mention their temporary location was located at another mall. I ran around the mall looking for the salon, there wasn't even a sign at the old location to let me know how to reach them. I tried calling them to cancel my apt several times and no one answered my call. I spoke to customer service at Carlingwood mall (original location) and they told me they had a bride-to-be complain that they didn't not tell her of their change in location.
