We came to Ottawa not knowing where to go... we happened upon this apartment building. the renovations are incredible..it is beautiful inside...and all brand new. The superintendants are very efficient and I was most impressed with the care they took in clearing snow and upkeeping grounds. The building is kept at a great temperature, and the lanundry facilities are new and work great. My only complaint was with parking....There tended to be a lot of cars that needed parking lessons and very few were towed... we were paying for parking and a lot of cars would park in our lot "illegally".
