Hartman's Your Independent Grocer - April 16, 2008
7 out of 21 people found this review helpful. Hartman's is so much better than what it used to be, but i am starting to get strong concern about the quality of service that we, customers are now getting. New staff are so rude that i am considering more and more shopping somewhere else.
Apart from Crystal who seems to be very pleasant, polite and professional, all the other staff seem to not know how to say hello, please and thank you.
The Asian lady at the cashier is also very good each time to avoid making eye contact and not saying a word to me. I wonder if she actually knows how to speak.
So yeap, the quality of customer service is getting very, very, very low and the prices are getting very, very, very high.
I do not recommend this place.
