Yes, I too bought the spa card package. I must say that I'm very satisfied with my haircut - thank God that was the good part of my visit! Everything else was lacking... The salon was empty, the person at the desk was on a call with suppliers and waved me in where I was made to wait for a good 20 minutes (unacceptable when you consider that NO OTHER CLIENTS were in the salon). A woman came by and, as an afterthought, offered me tea & then went on to argue with the reception desk man in a foreign language. Yes, unflattering comments were made about my appearance... I didn't feel welcomed or a sense of 'spa calm'. When I got my mini manicure done, I was informed that a hidden $5 fee was involved - odd, after having purchased an 'all-inclusive' card. I'm sure I saved money having bought the card, but I won't be giving them my business afterwards. Too bad, because the hairstylist was pretty good.
