On April 3, 2007 I called to verify if they had West Africa francs currency. I was told yes. I asked if I should reserve, the person asked the amount and I said $100 CAD, and was told to come in anytime that it was not a problem. I then took one hour off work and drove all the way there to pick up the money only to be told that they did not have any. They asked me who was the person I spoke with and of course I did not have the name. I called at 9:15 a.m. that morning. Even if I would have had the name it did not change the fact that they did not have the currency I wanted.
