The service at the deli counter on June 10 around 1:00 p.m. at this Independent Grocer is the poorest I've ever experienced. The female employee (named FARAM) didn't know how to enter codes for a customer right before me, and it took at least 10 minutes before she phoned for help (which didn't come). I was next but she ignored me and served another customer who just came. Then, she tried to serve another customer who was waiting after me, but the lady told FARAM that I was before her. The employee could not even properly weigh products. I usually prefer this store to Loblaws or other stores, so I've been shopping there for a long time, but I'll stop going there. DO NOT GO THERE ESPECIALLY ON SUNDAYS WHEN FARAM IS AT THE DELI COUNTER!!! I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? Yes | No | Report as Spam |
