These are the snotiest, rudest sales reps I have ever encountered in my entire life. At first they seem nice. But if you are not as snotty and stuck-up as they are, or if you ask something slighltly out of the ordinary, they lose their temper and treat the customer very rudely. I have encountered this with them on numerous occasions.
