Poor service department...they ordered the wrong part twice before getting the right piece in. The estimate was always less than half my final bill. They lost the keys for my truck and blew the fuses for my stereo, which I had to pay to fix. I will never go back.

When we were looking for a car, there were very few places on our list, and Ottawa South was the closest to where I live. There are several car dealerships within a few blocks of each other, but the service at Jim Tubman was the best. After a few minutes of looking through the used cars ourselves, Marty, one of their car sales people, came and helped us out. A few days later we were driving away in our new Chevrolet Cobalt. Friendly service and support, easy process, and a nice place in a good location. The only negative I can say against them is that they are not willing to really deal on the price much, or at least Marty wasn't willing to. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful?
