The woman working at the store (I believe it was the owner) was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Whatever you purchase from the store in final. They will not take it back if it does not suit etc. At best, they will offer you a credit for the same price if the item is returned within 24 hours-assuming such an arrangement has already been made.
