The Bay can be rather boring, but that's probably its forté here, attached as it is to a too-trendy mall of chain stores, and bordering on more 'eclectic' Market shopping. Still a great place for basics; while they don't carry a lot of high-end stuff, they also don't tend to sell junk, and their return policy is excellent. I recommend this place.
