Not quite as good as Mags & Fags on Elgin -- smaller selection, and more cramped quarters means less browsing fun -- but perhaps second best, which stands out in a city with few genuinely good newsstands. Some more obscure periodicals, and few lousy ones, with a good tobacco selection, too. And, thankfully, open later than the usual nine-to-five.
