Thanks to Campbell Ford and the way they handle my tires, I had to buy 2 new sets of tires (summer and winter). Not a way to do business... Do not go there! I will not from now on... I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? Yes | No | Report as Spam |

Terrible place. I wished I hadn't bought my SUV there.There are lots of dealerships that truly want your business and are willing to treat you nice. 1. The sales manager sweetened the deal by including free oil changes for 5 years. Turns out that you MUST have all your maintenance done there. So every time you bring your car in you must pay a minimum of $48 (before taxes). It averaged about $1000/year on maintenance. They even charge 0.3 hours to check the tire wear. 2. They gave me a "Your Vehicle Report Card" which shows the condition of the car. In it, it stated that my brakes were in dire need of being changed. 2mm of pad left on the front and 3mm on the rear. I went and bought new brakes for the car but when I went to change then found that they were almost new and didn't need replacement. They must have thought I was going to have the work done there. 3. My dad went in to see if they could help him with the wiring so he could hook up the trailer hitch. They told him that he wasn't a client and it costs money to photocopy. Never buy from Campbell Ford!! Sales: If you do buy, read the fine print, you cant trust them. Service: Amazing that people would come back to staff that can be so condescending to the people they are supposed to serve. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? Campbell Ford is a decent Ford dealership if you are looking into buying a Ford vehicle. I do not think they are an awful dealership, but their customer service could be improved.
