My sister-in-law has bought cakes from this place before and they have always been good. My nephew who has allergies to alot of things can have these special cakes, but for some reason this time it was the driest cake I have ever tasted, my sister-in-law called Trillium Bakery and talk to someone there and she said the lady was very rude and did not believe the cake was dry. We had 36 people at my BBQ, and not one person enjoyed that cake at all, in fact they threw it out after one bite. It was a shame that my sister-in-law had to spend $85.00 for nothing, and not even an I'm sorry from the Bakery!!

We live in St. Albert, Alberta and were in Ottawa for a Ringette Tournament. My daughter is not able to have wheat or yeast and until we discovered your bakery we could only find rice bread for her. We were able to find a fabulous variety of products she could have at the Trillium Bakery. We bought 5 different loaves, froze them and brought them home! We would like to know if you would be willing to box bread up and send it out to Alberta? The bread is that good!
