	0 out of 0 people found this review helpful. Have been to Juniper a few times now, The old BMW showroom converted into a restaurant I thing worked out great for Juniper. The space is open but still has a feeling of privacy, The lounge and bar is great for a drink and small appetizer, the booths are cozy and private. The service is not pretentious like other places in the city, The food is great, a touch on the pricey side but still well within value. I recommend this place.

	2 out of 3 people found this review helpful. Why change a good thing? Juniper at its old location was a charming gem in Ottawa. A cozy atmosphere, charming service and excellent food on top of it. Then they decided to move to a bigger location.... The new location lacks the charm and warmth of the old place. Converting a car showroom into a restaurant was not a good idea. The place is cold and sterile. It feels like you are at a Boston Pizza. I am so sorry that Juniper has changed what was a winning formula. Even the food is not up to the old standards. It seems that the new location is too big for them to handle since there was a lack of consistency in the quality of the food served. I do not recommend this place.
