Very good computers and consistently fast internet connection. Open 24 hours and very comfortable atmosphere for working or gaming. Great customer service and great rates! Definitely the best and most comfortable internet cafe in Ottawa.

The computers seem to be fine, and anything open 24/7 has a special place in my heart, but the luxury-free atmosphere is worse than a sixth-rate US college's computer lab, and the 'service' grudging to non-existent.
