	0 out of 2 people found this review helpful. I experienced the worst customer service at this restaurant. I am a Thai food enthusiast and was excited to try Anna's Thai. I went with a friend of mine on a sunny Thursday afternoon at 1:30pm. Upon entry I was approached by two employees (one male, one female) with an immediate statement "We're Closed!". Noting the store hours on the door on my way in, I stated, "Don't you serve lunch till 2:00?" to which the male replied very rudely, "well, do you expect to eat in 30 minutes?" In fact, we would have considered a quick drink and appetizer that could be consumed in 30 minutes however my friend and I were so disgusted in his general disinterest to do business, we promptly left. As a new resident of Westboro village, I would have gladly frequented this establishment, however am now obliged to write this review and encourage others not to support a restaurant that so blatanly doesn't want your business. I've worked as a server for many years and know what it's like to serve last minute clients, however never ever ever have I known a restaurant to turn away a paying customer. Save yourself the money and go to a Thai restaurant that wants you (May I suggest Green Papaya or Nokham just blocks away). I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful? You have just stepped off the plane and you are in a tasty restaurant in Thailand that serves traditional Thai cuisine - no, you are actually at Anna Thai restaurant in Ottawa, Canada.
