I have lived here for over ten years, and I never had a problem with Roaches, I love the building and the location is great minutes to Bayshore Shopping Center, the College Square, The Colliseum and Ikea. It is a very quite building and the apt. are very spacious. The A/C is a great feature to have in the summer time, I love it here and would recommend it to anyone.

This used to be a great place to live until the building started being managed by Cogir. They also manage Bell Street apartments.(need I say more?)Started seeing cockroaches last summer and it is only getting worse. After living here for 10 years, I am moving out shortly to a cleaner place where the building is not being run by slumlords
