This place is not bad enough to make me move yet, but it's close. We have hot water half of the time and the other half of the time you have to wait for at least 10 minutes. The hallways and grounds are dirty, dimly lit, and shabby. The laundry room is like Vegas - the washers and dryers take your money and don't give you clean clothes or dry clothes in return - you get white spots and stolen money. No, it's not my detergent, the washers just suck. In the winter, our parking lot is the last to get plowed, and it takes them 4 to 5 days to clear out all of the snow between and around the cars. I pay $50 a month for parking to shovel my own spot. If I could afford it I would move tomorrow.
I do not recommend this place.
