	5 out of 5 people found this review helpful. I rented from Osgoode Properties in Kingston (20 Bayswater Place) for two years and I would never recommend this company to anyone. I'll be homeless before I rent from this company again or live in any building managed by Linda Shannon. Building management forcibly removed the lock from our locker without notifying us either before or afterwards. They then failed to re-secure our belongings and as a result more than $700 worth of items that can not be replaced were stolen. The building management refuses to give me a written response and will not compensate us for the loss which they are completely at fault for. Outer doors to the building do not close let alone lock and it takes at least 3 days to get anything fixed. My unit was without a working toilet for an entire weekend. The water is shut off every month for at least one entire day. The hallways and common areas are only cleaned once a year (around April when the students are applying for housing). Locker rooms are left unsecured and in fact one of the doors has been broken for at least 3 weeks without being repaired. There is not an on-site super and if there is, he/she does not do daily or even weekly inspections of the building to look for things that need to be repaired. Absolutely pathetic. The worst building I've ever lived in. Don't rent from Osgoode Properties! I do not recommend this place.

I rented from a one bedroom at 1725 Riverside Dr. Great staff, friendly, helpful, genuinely concerned. They were great about fixing any problems, rent was reasonable. Parking was not so great where I was living, but other than that, very happy with them. I'd rent again from Osgoode Properties. I recommend this place.
