	6 out of 6 people found this review helpful. I lived here for 3 years. Building is very poorly built and management is extremely greedy. They try to keep repairing things that actually need to be replaced. Air-conditioning and heating in this building does not work at all. On a hot day you will suffocate and on cold days you will be shivering to death. Elevators are out of order for weeks. Building supervisor is extremely rude who can actually yell at you any time without a reason. Windows are so poor that you can literally hear the wind roaring through the gaps and huge cracks on the side of the window. I have not seen so poor windows even in a third world country. The location of the building is the only reason that we stayed here. Now there is a lot of construction going on near the building making noise all day long even on weekends and there is no green space left in this area. In my point of view the landlord is waiting for an earthquake that will demolish this building. And then to build new building in some of the money they will get from insurance company and rest of the money they will use to buy some other property as well. I do not recommend to live in this building at all. Go find some other place where you can sleep in peace. I do not recommend this place.
