This was the third apartment I viewed in Ottawa, and even though I looked at several more, I couldn't find anything that compared in this price range. There are brand new windows in every apartment, nicely finished parkay floors, and when I moved in they gave me a brand new stove, kitchen floor, and bathtub. Friendly people, overall quiet atmosphere, and everything needed within walking distance. I have been here several months and I love it. I have only found a few downsides. It can be annoying to get downtown regularly if you work or go to school there, about 30 minutes on the bus each direction. Also, there are only two washing machines and two dryers for the four floors of apartments, which is normally not a problem, but you can't really count on doing your laundry last minute in case all the machines are full.
I recommend this place.
