Although these apartments are in a part of downtown that will allow you to avoid a lot of noise, you will have to commute to get to grocery stores and other shops. The building is in decent shape, but is not "luxury."

These are very nicely laid-out apartments for a high-rise, with good-sized kitchens and massive balconies. The building is generally in good repair. That said, it does not quite reach the 'luxury' standards it's advertised at, nor the rents it asks. That it's in a quiet part of downtown is both pro and con; the supermarkets, etc, aren't really in good walking distance. It's a great place for frequent bus riders, though. I recommend this place.
