WARNING: Get everything from the apartment mangers in writing and always make requests in writing. They are incredably unresponsive to verbal requests and will not keep their word if it is not written down. It takes for ever to get things done and they will not keep to the times that they indicate to you for coming into your apartment. Although the apartment is relatively safe there were a couple of instances while I was living there where violence did occur and the apartment managers did not respond appropriately to the instances, so be careful.
