This review below: Avoid Bronson Place. Stubborn and dishonest administration. Garbage chutes smell badly on hot summer days. Numerous break-ins reported. Huge Pharaoh ant, and numerous other pest infestations. On the plus side, it is one of the more affordable places to rent in downtown Ottawa, but you get what you pay for. Is not very accurate. I've been here for over a year and I haven't seen a single bug or anything. Sometimes there are bugs on the balcony, but nothing to be worried about.. i'm sure there are bugs on every balcony. The staff are very HONEST. I have never had any problems. I haven't had to get anything fixed in my place at all... ever.. and now i'm upgrading to a 2-bedroom apartment because I love this place and the price is amazing considering this apartment is right across the street from high priced condos and basically right downtown.
