The airporter service is very convenient. However, I would not recommend this to anyone. I was in Ottawa recently and paid for the airporter service in advance. The drop off went fine. I called in a day in advance and confirmed a pickup 3 hours before my flight time. I had another passenger waiting with me at the hotel who also had the same pickup time as mine. We waited for 1hr 15 mins past our scheduled pick up time and no one showed up. Multiple calls to the office were directed to the voicemail. I do not recommend this service to anyone. I have lost my prepaid money on this service as well as had to take a taxi to the airport for me to not miss my flight. I do not recommend this place. Was this review helpful?
