I've never been to a place where the owner went so far out of her way to make sure we were having a wonderful spa experience. Every detail was looked after, from the person who took out coats at the entrance to how well timed and coordinated our different services were. The people who work there are happy and it shows. Very nice . . .

This is a very nice Ottawa spa. When I go I usually get a french manicure. It stays neat for days and days! The staff are always friendly and courteous and concerned about my needs.
