Chic yet relaxed decor and professional service. Carolyn, the Master Stylist delivers the best haircut this girl and her friends have ever experienced in Ottawa. My highlights always look fabulous, glamorous with excellent coverage...no blotches, very natural looking. Carolyn has an excellent eye for colour, cut and style and you can walk into this salon and say, 'Make me look my best, do whatever you want to achieve that,' and you'll be more than pleased with the result. When it comes to hair, Carolyn is an artist par excellance.
