Very disappointed. Specifically asked for hair trim only and no layering and these instructions completely ignored. Have layers in back 4 inches shorter than length. Front bang area looks terrible and not really sure what she was thinking as its doesn't blend in with rest of hair. Worst air trim I have ever had
I do not recommend this place.
