While not the best barbers in Ottawa, the Feras Barber Shop is simple, average priced, fast service. They always have middle eastern music or television shows on, and its not the cleanest establishment, but the staff are efficient and do a rather good job. I don't recommend getting a shave there though, unless you like to bleed.
I recommend this place.
