	1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. merchandise is generally quite nice. the buyer [i believe owner] is knowledgeable and competent. but but she is so rude that i would not want to go there again. I do not recommend this place.

	1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. They seem to have a very specific way of doing business which I haven't ever experienced before. They want you to come in with your prescription in hand. you'll tell them what you want/need in a set of glasses and they'll make recommendations to you. They don't seem to like you going around looking at the various frames or trying them on. The sales clerk (the owner I think) was rude and unpleasant once she found out I didn't have a new prescription with me. She gave me some pamphlets and seemed to want me to leave. I stuck it out and tried to find out more about their glasses and what my choices might be, in an effort to evaluate whether I'd go back. Their glasses are pricey (about $1100 for the set I was looking at) but the frames are unique and stylish and the lenses excellent quality. She seems to know her stuff and I will probably return with my prescription, to see what she recommends. Not an easy place to do business but worth it if you end up with a set of glasses you absolutely love. I recommend this place.

	1 out of 2 people found this review helpful. These are the snotiest, rudest sales reps I have ever encountered in my entire life. At first they seem nice. But if you are not as snotty and stuck-up as they are, or if you ask something slighltly out of the ordinary, they lose their temper and treat the customer very rudely. I have encountered this with them on numerous occasions. I do not recommend this place.
