One Hour Cleaners provided me with horrible cleaning service. This business seriously damaged an expensive article of clothing I asked them to clean (winter jacket), and then returned the item to me without explaining the problem or offering to make amends. I received conflicting information about the problem from the owner and the employees, leading me to conclude that they were not truthful about the problem. The owner of the business failed to appear at the appointment we arranged to discuss the issue. During a subsequent phone conversation, he agreed to refund the cost of the cleaning, but would not pay to repair the damage to the item. The refund has not been issued promptly.
