	0 out of 0 people found this review helpful. I recently had a flat tire which I took to Midas at 450 bronson in Ottawa. Needless to say I was extremely disappointed with the quality of work done and the customer service was a nightmare. After signing the work order to have my 2 rear tires replaced I took my car in and somehow the shop workers replaced the wrong tires. After 24 hours driving on the flat which the staff at midas had left on, I returned. The fact that the flat tire had been left on was of no importance to the location manager who was more concerned with selling me another 2 tires than redeeming his shops reputation. I was not given an apology nor was I afforded any reduction in fees. I urge anyone planning to bring their car to this or any other midas location for repairs to re-think that decision. To whom it may concern: After going through an experienced of hell and back!just trying to get a (rack and op ion)change on my Chev Malibu at a local garage on Booth Street and got rip-off.Until i stop in at Midas on Bronson Ave.,to get a second opinion.It was the best professional friendly straight forward serviced i experienced.I would like to thank you Art(Service Manager) and your staff at Midas for a great job well done on my Malibu.God bless!
