James called and left me a message; he was referred to me by another tree service company and returned my call very promptly. When I called him back, he was very friendly (this is extremely important to me) and said he could come by to do an estimate within the hour. He showed up on time and gave an extremely competitive estimate; he was ready to do the job on the spot so I went ahead with it. He did a fantastic job, he did it quickly, and he was just a very likable guy. Personality cannot be overstated enough in the service business (for me anyway). I would not hesitate to call James again should I need this service in the future. Nice guy, great price, and prompt; you can't ask for anything else. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful?
