I asked him to take off 1 inch (I had long hair past my shoulders) and instead, he cut my hair so short I can barely look in the mirror without crying. Sure, he looks like he knows what he's doing as he is very fast with his scissors, but he's extremely rude. He didn't even ask me my name or anything else for that matter and he kept taking phonecalls and barking at his staff. Staff does not make you feel special and the prices are steep. They talked (about well, gossiped) about other buisness, that they are not good, and Don't go there their expensive, their not experienced, ect...I was not impressed, My girlfriend went for laser, the owner ( male hairdressor) was giving a mimi Consultation while cutting someone's hair as she sitting on the chair, she felt the professonalism was terible, and I agreed I do not recommend this place.
