	0 out of 0 people found this review helpful. Pretty good product line. Have noticed however that some of the staff at times can be rather snooty and short on knowledge of products. I've called for hair color product information in the past and it was almost like pulling teeth to get more than a yes, no and yep, good product, type of answer. Perhaps the owner should get an unlisted telephone number, if staff aren't interested or have the time to go the extra mile over the phone. They may just miss out on some business however. These people are amazing!!! they do their best to ensure the client is happy and if he or she is not they do everything in their power to accomodate them. Whoever thinks this is an easy job is sadly mistaken. i know for a fact these people put their heart and souls into every head that walks through the door!!! I recommend this place. Hairdressing is not an exact science, so some people do walk away more satisfied than others - but this is true for most salons. I recommend this place. Was this review helpful? The people who complain are just that - complainers. Hair grows back and colouring is NOT an exact science. I've been referring people there constantly. I recommend this place.
