Packed, cramped, and dark, at least as this sort of restaurant goes. This means it's more than a bit noisy and disorganised; other locations are better. The food is reliable -- bland, filling, boring, sometimes tasty. "Italian" it may not be, but it's good for anybody who (somewhat inexplicably) misses the Olive Garden chain.
