	2 out of 2 people found this review helpful. Good location and good bank machines. Very short hours, even for a bank. This branch is particularly poor at returning phone calls. Expect 2-3 days for your call to be returned, if at all. (CIBC guarantees a 2 hour response -- apparently the Rideau branch didn't get the memo). A high turn over rate means that you'll rarely speak to the same banker twice. There are some efficient and friendly tellers at this location, but several time tellers have been outright rude to us and have made elementary mistakes which, if we hadn't pointed them out, could have cost us thousands of dollars.
