	1 out of 1 people found this review helpful. I had my bussiness cards printed there 3 times and 3 times they were done incorrectly, I was never offered an appology or a refund. I also had a print job done, a poster for a sales event and was told it would be back in 2 weeks. It has now been three months and I still havent recieved my poster. Dealing with head office and the manager at the store is like talking to a 3 year old. no customer service whatsoever. never given an appology for this and had to fight to get the print job done for free. The manager told me that he had to fight really hard and stay late to try and get me this poster job for free! like I should be greatful! dont go there unless you are photocopying or faxing documents yourself. dont hand them any of your docs.
