i called earlier this week about an oil tank that i just found out was installed not to code. My home oil provider refuses to deliver oil to my home until i fix the problem with the oil tank. i called your office and spoke with someone, but have not heard back. History: you installed my oil tank at 680 Fraser Ave Ottawa in Oct 2003. Last week a furnace repair man was at my house and told me he had to tag my furnace because my oil tank was level and it should not have been installed level, rather with a bit of a pitch. I would really appreciate this being fixed by you guys i am not the one that needs to know what the "code" is for installing a home oil tank, that is your profession. please call me at 613-729-3690 to let me know when you are going to come in and re-adjust my oil tank to comply with the code. thanks, Rob I do not recommend this place.
