Dows Lake Pavilion is a privately owned, multi-functional facility which overlooks Dows Lake, on the historic Rideau Canal. 	4 out of 4 people found this review helpful. A beautiful location in Ottawa. With boat rentals, shopping nearby, and a restaurant with patio on the pavilion. The boat rental place was nice, though you have to go on a non-windy day or they won't let you take a canoe, or paddle boat out. Prices for rentals seem reasonable, but a bit on the high side.
